James F. Stewart
James F. Stewart graduated cum laude from St. John’s School of Law. Mr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from
Fordham University where he graduated summa cum laude in 1987.

Prior to joining Gold, Stewart, Kravatz, Bennes & Stone, Mr. Stewart had his own law firm where he specialized in areas including insurance coverage, labor law and construction, surety bonds, and appellate practice. Previously, Mr. Stewart was an associate at Rivkin, Radler & Kremer where he litigated complex coverage disputes involving environment, asbestos, advertising injury, and products liability claims in both State and Federal Courts on a nationwide basis. He has also represented numerous clients, including some of the largest corporations in the New York Metropolitan area, in a wide variety of commercial and real estate disputes.

Mr. Stewart is a member of the New York State Bar as well as the Connecticut Bar.
